To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係灣仔同同事區域法院courtcation 午餐想搵個坐得好啲既地方抖下氣 就揀咗附近嘅翡翠拉麵小籠包 諗住嗌兩碗手工拉麵 hea下~ 十二點半去到唔駛等位直入 坐底見到佢有羊腩煲 呢個天氣 唔食佢 等幾時?!二話不說 食佢!古法羊腩煲 2-3人分 $168 2/5🤥粗略估計 羊腩唔多 大概有八細舊左右 未算炆到好𣺉 味道夠既 正常既 旦就唔係好惹味果種👌 佢汁既分量唔多 以而家咁凍嘅天氣 羊腩煲好快就凍咗🥲 如果可以一邊熱住佢食我諗成件事會好好多♨️ 食左兩三舊 有啲寡寡地 問侍應有冇腐乳醬可以點 答案係.....無 嗯👌身為地地道道的香港人 我都係鍾意果種好似打邊爐式 有生菜可以落 有腐乳醬可以點嘅 熱住甘食既粵式羊腩煲 😋我又係錯既餐廳點錯既食物😮‍💨p.s. 本身我地各自嗌左個拉麵 擔擔麵 同埋 排骨拉麵~ 一向最欣賞翡翠拉麵嘅拉麵 即叫即拉 有熱度有Q度 🙃 旦今日個排骨變咗炸豬扒 而且 真係炸得有啲乾 肉質偏鞋口 有啲失望 😅 兩個人加一 380蚊落樓
