To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

次次lunch time 經過呢間店都會見到超多人排隊，心唸係咪真係咁好味，今日我決定試下啦叉燒燒鵝雙拼飯HKD55一打開就哇～咗出來有陣陣煙燻味，係冇俾到我頭頭尾尾嘅！每一啖都係肉份量完全可以滿足我呢個食肉獸！叉燒係一成肥，唔會好似出面果D又乾又柴，抵食啊！最正一定係燒鵝，俾咗鵝髀位，皮脆肉多，我一定會再瘋狂幫襯！
