難得放假今日下午就同朋友一起試吓2023年拎咗米芝連一星的餐廳食Lunch 入到去待應都好有禮貌咁帶位 枱與枱之間隔離都寬躺 坐得舒服 落單時又會問會唔會對食物敏感 有時就係呢啲細微位 對於顧客的一方就已經感覺良好😊蝦餃 皮簿蝦爽 $56蚊呢個價錢糸米芝連餐廳都算係抵食👍🏻雞腳豬肚湯 個味道好濃郁 又有膠 仲要新鮮豬肚👍🏻終於到咗招牌菜出場 燕窩釀雞翼🤩外面炸到脆而不油 燕窩仲好慷慨🤭 口感豐富👍🏻必食推介另一個招牌菜就糸 豉椒炒肚尖 呢一道菜香港已經好小人做了 製作工序繁複 要切到紙咁簿 炒一個例牌份量已經要用三至四個豬肚 🤫因為一個豬肚個尖位只有好小 食落去口感好爽脆 好似食象拔蚌咁 🤩再加埋豉椒的惹味真係絕配未食過的朋友真係一定要試吓 呢個都係必食推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻生拆蟹肉炒粉絲 好夠穫氣🔥又夠乾身 蚧肉份量又足 又有鮮味 所以肯定佢糸生拆的👍🏻出面好多都係用罐頭蚧肉 冇乜鮮味 再加上勁多蔥好夾。如果唔係咁鐘意食蔥的人士就要叫佢走蔥喇😊
