今天來到米芝蓮星級餐廳,一嘗它的名菜-燒乳豬,首先嘗它的乳豬皮,十分之香脆!配有麵包皮、蔥、青瓜夾住吃,有點像吃北京田鴨然後師傅再用手撕開,肉質非常幼嫩,喜出望外最後再砍件上碟,皮連著乳豬吃,又不同的感受蒜片手切牛肉粒,肉質也是很嫩,入口即溶荷葉蒸雞,配有冬菇,冬菇非常入味例湯:西洋菜蘿蔔豬骨湯,沒有味精味,濃郁鮮味古法蒸魚,侍應推介蜜汁燒鱔,皮脆肉鮮,出面吃不到的感覺
