To start, I ordered the tartare as an appetizer. Served as an appetizer, it was a delightful departure from the traditional steakhouse fare. The dish showcased the quality of the beef, with finely chopped, high-quality raw beef that was exceptionally fresh and flavorful.
For the main course, I opted for the Ribeye steak and Japan A4 rump. They were cooked medium-rare, and the steaks were seared to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor.

The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without being intrusive, and made excellent wine recommendations. The wine selection was extensive and complemented the meal beautifully.
