黎開呢頭做野,想食酸辣野,於是就入左黎。呢間鋪頭係isquare隔離,主打船麵。不過今日心血來潮,就叫左呢碗冬陰公金邊粉試下。冬陰功湯底上枱時已經香氣撲鼻。湯底的香料味很夠,少酸微辣,十分開胃。入面還加入蝦、青口、蟹柳和秋葵等材料,全部都好新鮮。而雞脾肉就夠嫩滑,金邊粉帶少許彈牙,索埋湯汁,十分高質。另外雞翼都夠飽滿大隻,炸到外脆金黃,內裡依然多汁,很有誠意。龍眼冰很足料,龍眼肉佔了3分1。飲落去係好舒服的清香甜味,很值得點。下次一定要再黎試下佢的招牌!
