今日請朋友食海鮮,原本想去鯉魚門,但朋友介紹流浮山有間餐廳煮得幾好食,就揸車入嚟試吓。朋友book定位訂定冰鎮鮑魚,一嚟到就有得食,南非鮑魚夠大隻爽口,配埋佢哋調嘅汁,辣辣地有wasabi味,配搭幾有新意。見今日啲奄仔蟹夠大隻就叫2隻share,雖然唔算好爆膏,但好多肉,肉質夠甜好新鮮。平時蟶子通常豉椒炒,呢度係可以清蒸加芽菜底,煮法有啲似蒸魚,因為配咗蒸魚豉油🤣原來普通煮法轉咗食材即刻唔同哂,食到蟶子嘅鮮甜,配埋芽菜爽上加爽。砵酒煮蠔又係未試過,上菜時聞到好香酒味,食落就有牛油香味,蠔亦都好新鮮無腥味。蝦多士嘅蝦膠夠彈牙,又夠蝦味,多士脆口唔會油淰淰。另外叫咗蝦醬炒通菜超大碟,仲送海鮮湯,每人都飲都2碗。人均大約$500,海鮮夠新鮮同可以食下唔同煮法幾特別🤤

平時蟶子通常豉椒炒,呢度係可以清蒸加芽菜底,煮法有啲似蒸魚,因為配咗蒸魚豉油🤣原來普通煮法轉咗食材即刻唔同哂,食到蟶子嘅鮮甜,配埋芽菜爽上加爽。

砵酒煮蠔又係未試過,上菜時聞到好香酒味,食落就有牛油香味,蠔亦都好新鮮無腥味。

蝦多士嘅蝦膠夠彈牙,又夠蝦味,多士脆口唔會油淰淰。另外叫咗蝦醬炒通菜超大碟,仲送海鮮湯,每人都飲都2碗。
