今日同FD去吉之島買年貨,睇到food court哩間麵店唔錯,咁試試啦。可口可樂同百香果冷泡茶,跟餐加配,用咗綠茶做茶底,飲落清甜唔會苦,再加埋百香果,味道層次好豐富好清爽。慢煮嫩滋味手撕雞(口水),估唔到小食分量都幾大下,雞肉撕到好細,每一啖都裹曬醬汁,食落香辣嫩滑。溏心蛋(1隻),用甜味豉油醃制,蛋白同蛋黃都好惹味。蛋黃偏膠質,入口即化又好軟糯。沙茶牛三寶熱絆刀削麵,揀咗招牌蔥油撈制。三寶有金錢肚,牛筋同鹵牛面頰,刀削麵用咗臺式果款,食落醬汁偏甜,面有韌勁。牛筋悶到軟爛,醬香味濃郁。韭菜豚肉小雲吞(淨食20隻),小雲吞自家製,食落皮薄肉厚,韭菜味濃郁,一啖一個。湯底用骨頭煲制,飲落清甜,搭配小雲吞一流。
