To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚難得同兩個中同聚舊，就揀咗呢間餐廳，貪佢位處於旺角東站旁的帝京酒店裡，方便大家，而且之前聽聞餐廳的食物同埋服務都唔錯。餐廳入面個環境，都幾襯新派中菜大家懶得揀野食，留番d時間傾計，索性直接試呢個餐。食呢個餐係買一送一既，我地三個人，即係比2個set既錢就ok，yeah!第一道菜，我最鍾意個松露酥，鬆化又唔太油膩，入口好香。第二道菜，個人覺得唔特別，有d似炸豆付個湯好甜，幾潤喉全餐飯最鍾意呢個魚，個汁有d似梅菜扣肉，魚皮煎得好香脆，魚肉滑得黎又結實，個配搭好襯。我同d中同講，如果有個白飯就仲正啦！哈哈！跟住有隻花膠，花膠都真係原隻，雖然唔算好厚身，但喺酒店餐廳食到呢個質素亦算好唔錯。呢個南瓜蓉我就麻麻地，但同行的中同就清哂碟呢碟餸最畫龍點睛既係嗰兩pat醬，好襯隻迷你雀脾，加埋超油香既飯，好唔錯抹茶奶黃原來好襯架，呢個甜品簡直係完美既句號！呢餐飯，邊食邊傾邊嘆茶，3小時轉眼就過去。好多人都會覺得，中同聚會都係醉翁之意不在酒，我都覺得係呀，難得可以三人聚舊再加埋美食，真係一個愜意的晚上。
