To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐴 #是日午餐 (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 初見 (荃灣店)＜#日本A4和牛西冷＞日本A4和牛連高溫石板一上枱氣勢如虹，A4和牛既油花靚，每一塊都有雪花，個人又喜歡因為唔會好似A5 有一定程度係太油既感覺雖然好食但食唔多好快會好，A4就有種肥瘦既平衡感。因自己燒既關係，頭幾塊我會襯石板仲係高溫既時候快速辣一辣2邊就食，每邊辣5秒搞掂有入口即溶既感覺。尾果幾塊就煮熟小小等個肉味會更出更香口。間中一塊半塊又會試下煮唔同時間試下個分別，一個午餐幾個食法玩味十足。*PS 食完個身會有陣油煙味
