Very nice steakhouse with a very good view of portions of Victoria Harbour, both from the restaurant and from the roof top lounge.  We had an anniversary dinner at this location.  The food was very good -- seafood salad, shrimp cocktail, beef carpaccio.  Filet mignon and ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly (rare) and tender,  although seasoning was not added.  Service was very attentive and English is spoken.  Price is high, but reasonable for a quality steakhouse.  Would recommend for special o
