To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

14-9-2009沙爹牛癮抑壓多時, 今日終於爆發, lunch 搵間茶記搞掂. 原來想試試結志街尾的舊式茶記, 但出面打風「leh 咁 hea」, 唔爬斜路了, 試試機利文新街呢間吧.先嚟熱奶茶少奶 -- 幾稀,「少奶」做到了, 但飲落茶澀味濃烈, 飲到扁晒嘴. 沙爹牛麵就好少少, 雖然都係一般貨色 -- 牛肉幾新鮮, 無梳打粉痕跡, 食落軟熟又帶點甜味, 不過就完全無沙爹味; 麵係大光麵, 淥得較生, 配上無味湯, 味道一般. 隔嚟位食嗰碗蓄茄湯底通粉吸引好多囉, 莫非我叫錯嘢?阿姐比想像中 nice, 環境就地 mou 又人多擠迫, 食完快閃好了.$25 埋單, 唔飽 (唔好睇個碗咁大, 其實湯多過乜, 食晒成碗麵只 40% 飽!), 唔多滿意, 唯有到糖水鋪「溝貨」吧.題外話... 以前喺金鐘返工, 同事曾經叫過呢度的外賣 tea, 而佢又真係 15 分鐘內由機利文新街送到嚟 office 樓下的, 加上 24 小時營業十分方便, 喺 office 區受歡迎也難怪的.
