To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐25元。又正又低。今早在那里吃早餐,左邊及中間已有幾抬客,因疫情關系,希望坐右邊人少的區域,但服務工作人員説未開放該區域,但我見有兩個員工在該區域吃早餐。故無奈坐在人較多的區域。但回心一想若因工作人員不想走動而少開放用餐的地方,會增加傳染的風險,導致有客人受感染,餐廳要停開十四天,又要清洁又要消毒,損失慘重。反正損失都是老闆,又不是員工,如此管理,慎思。
