✅黃金龍蝦酥。以蘿蔔絲酥餅成為龍蝦的身體,原隻龍蝦咁,望落好有睇頭😎個酥好鬆化,入面有一絲絲的白蘿蔔,混合龍蝦肉,特別高貴。如果🦞鮮味可以同蘿蔔絲的清甜味道並排就好,而家蘿蔔味道比較出。

✅✅楊枝甘露。係一道食得的楊枝甘露。中間以奶凍做主角,側邊好多柚子肉,淋上芒果汁,味道酸酸甜甜☺️ 芒果汁好天然,加埋大量柚子肉,又真係一個好好食的甜品

✅胭脂玫瑰草莓奶凍。呢個甜品比楊枝甘露仲靚,因為有上面個片粉紅色薄脆。奶凍以一個個圓波波做成,中間隔住一片片🍓,加埋面頭的cream,一啖食就有唔同層次。而佢的士多啤梨味都唔假。
