To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺深水埗區好多人都認識明哥飯堂北河飯堂 及北河麵館都係明哥開嘅除咗會派飯盒畀 窮人食之外飯堂亦有好多 粉絲絕大部分都係 中年或退休人士中午時間飯堂已經坐到滿滿的員工同食客之間 談笑聲多一坐低就有員工過嚟招呼員工數目 都幾足夠招呼客人差唔多個個都係食29蚊飯仲有飲品你話送抵唔抵麵類就比較少人叫食得非常健康無添加味精點咗一碗豉椒三文魚飯雖然係多少少要花點時間去食不過份量咁多又抵食既三文魚真係北河同行先有下次會約埋朋友黎一齊食最近聽到油麻地又開左一間飯堂食齋食肉都啱搵日又去睇下先。。

食得非常健康
無添加味精

點咗一碗豉椒三文魚飯
雖然係多少少
要花點時間去食
不過份量咁多又抵食既三文魚真係
北河同行先有
下次會約埋朋友黎一齊食

最近聽到油麻地又開左一間飯堂
食齋食肉都啱
搵日又去睇下先。。
