This was my second time going to this restaurant in Jordan, the first time I had an amazing experience so i decided to take my family here for a big welcome to HK meal. This was my second time going to this restaurant in Jordan, the first time I had an amazing experience so i decided to take my family here for a big welcome to HK meal. I booked in advance and got to the restaurant greeted by very friendly staff. Waited for everyone to arrive and then ordered about 12 dishes. They were quick at bringing dishes out, a pet peeve of mine is when restaurants bring out 1 dish at a time and waiting ages for the next 1 but by the time it has we've already finished the previous dish. We ordered the suckling pig and roast goose and crispy chicken, they were all cooked to perfection! The pig was nicely cut in immaculate square pieces, all skin and meat, no fatty bits at all. Delicious! The chicken skin was super crispy, like how do they even get it like that?! YUMMY! Every dish was amazing and the waitress we had was very attentive and always smiling and telling us to man man sik. You can tell she loved her job as she strategically placed each dish on the glass circular table and how she rearranged the plates when we finished eating so we can enjoy the food and grab it with ease.  Service really does make a difference! We all left with very happy bellies and will definitely be going back for more!
