To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近來天氣熱，為免媽媽太辛苦，所以一星期都會找幾日出去食飯，今日因為開會唔可以準時收工，於是只可以在屋企附近找間餐廳食下。呢間開了很久，每次都是路過，都沒有機會入去睇過，所以今日終於可以入去試一下。餐廳在商場內，是一個開放式的設計，所以冷氣的感覺就唔係好夠！坐低預備叫嘢食時，侍應就話原來晚市3送1，好彩今日係一家4個人去，咁就剛好可以送一份⋯⋯點了漢堡包，牛扒飯和魚柳意粉！個漢堡包上桌時有驚喜，賣相好不特止，醬料仲可以自己塗，又唔錯喎！不過，整體食物就偏淡，有機會要自己加料！
