同事好鍾意搵高質素嘅地方食串燒,有朋友介紹位於中環一條隱世小街的鳥世一,大廚擁有超過30年烹調日菜經驗,今晚佢就話同我過去試吓!店內地方唔算大,勝在好有日本feel,店中間有個開放式烤爐,坐吧枱就可以近距離欣賞大廚燒烤嘅廚藝,主打泡製雞肉的不同部位,是日式烤雞肉串愛好者的好去處。點好食物侍應會拎比客人睇吓,又可以打咭!食物都好新鮮,之後交比大廚用日本備長炭去火燒。備長炭令串燒帶有碳香味,而碳高溫更令食物外香內軟。雞翼分兩種:中段雞翼和兩節雞翼,用備長炭火炭生燒出嚟嘅雞翼係唔同啲,好香好入味,皮脆肉嫩。雞頸皮:脆口彈牙。食落唔會有油膩感。銀鱈魚:燒好後的銀鱈魚表面金黃,魚肉帶有魚油的香味,肉質鮮嫩滑溜。鹿兒島黑豚五花腩:豬五花部位油脂豐富,鮮美爽口,肉質緊緻多汁。鰻魚飯:鰻魚用上高質厚身白鱔,用炭燒至外層呈香脆感,魚油和肉汁都封存起來,一口咬下鮮味立即爆破而出,魚脂甘香,魚肉彈牙爽口,加上鰻魚汁十分滋味。
