很久很久沒有到奧海城閒逛,今晚去開就到和民吃埋晚餐,先來小吃芝士焗年糕和限量發售又新口味的脆烤鮭魚皮配鮭魚子蛋黃醬。雖然我不喜歡吃芝士,但也吃了一口焗年糕,煙煙靭靭的口味頗不錯!香脆的鮭魚皮邊邊已經有少許變腍,沾上鮭魚子蛋黃醬令口感層次豐富點點!剛上桌面的牛肉鍋燒烏冬,香氣撲鼻而至,配料有肥牛、日式魚片、金菇、紹菜、蛋,湯底味道濃郁,可是碗面太多油脂,不敢呷湯了!這頓晚餐是兩個同時擁有雀仔胃的分享,人均消費是$77。
