今日帶阿媽黎呢間30/F高空嘅餐廳食午餐。環境非常高雅,有室內有室外位置,仲有個搖籃個以打卡,景色由九龍到山頂都見到,非常高質。呢啲午市都算抵食,$198有6個course,$138有3個course,不過就未包甜品同飲品。我地叫左各一。6-course包左五個餸加鰻魚飯。紅噹噹嘅禮盒出現,有六格,好精緻咁。北海道帶子夾海膽,肥厚嘅帶子。但入面嘅海膽有少許腥。和牛他他,酸酸地,好厚肉又有咬口,因為係生食,唔會腥,配上蛋漿非常可口。新鮮醬油漬三文魚手握壽司,因為係處理過嘅三文魚,個質感係有啲布丁黏黏地嘅feel。意式紅蝦薄片,生蝦一半,調味係酸酸地嘅。慢煮滷水豬腩肉,好厚好正,好似東坡肉,就算有啲肥,但一啲都唔油膩。日式鰻魚飯,上面細細條鰻魚,已經足以令呢個迷你丼好美味。3-course我地揀左以下。巴馬火腿沙律,有啲芝士粉,仲混有柚子醋。紅蝦天婦羅,炸皮有啲厚,蝦肉不太彈牙,比較似平時食嘅魚生飯上面嘅熟蝦。三文魚炒飯,有少少松露香,幾香幾美味,不太油。另外做緊優惠有$20兩隻生蠔。宜家冬天已經係生蠔當造季節,當然試番兩隻,果然厚肉鮮甜。
