To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶輕食之選，牛筋麵，＄３２　份量不少，有４—５件牛筋，而且每件牛筋都有起碼一隻手指長，＄１蚊硬幣的粗度，絕非碎上牛筋吃起來沒有Q彈的口感，而且較為黏口也不是軟身，不是入口即溶，嚼起來有少少硬實沒有肥膏，但色澤較淺，沒有鹵汁／腩汁味道麵條沒無梘水味，質感不是太軟滑偏硬身，雖不彈牙但也算爽口，但蛋香久奉，不過算是中規中矩，比不少雲吞麵店的蛋麵質素高湯底不太鹹，如果可奉送一條菜更佳順便一提，店員及收銀員工作效率高而有禮，正宗的「快靚正」員工
