To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到荔枝角室內體育館打疫苗,休息了一會,在附近香港地吃早餐,點了以下的:#仿鮑魚絲火腿湯米粉:標配是通心粉,我轉了米粉,相對沙嗲牛肉清淡很多,感覺比較健康。#炒蛋多士:炒蛋很滑,不足是不夠熱;多士烘得鬆脆,好吃!#港式奶茶:評價1間茶餐廳好不好,喝杯奶茶就知道,這間的紅茶和淡奶的比例合適,但茶底有點苦澀味,只算合格。以上早餐定價39元/份,比美孚其他茶餐廳稍貴一點點。自助掃碼點單,二維碼預先放在餐桌面,但擺放的位置,會讓人覺得呢張枱已經有人 (觀察了約20分鐘,不只我有這個感覺),服務有改善空間。
