Restaurant: Hugo's

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忙碌了5天,終於等到happy Friday, 最開心係約左一班姊妹,不但有好野食,仲有靚酒飲,所謂對酒當歌,人生幾何!Hugo一向是很多人心中的好餐廳,我沒有去過彌敦道上的舊Hugo,只來過K11的新Hugo, 上次吃Brunch, 也是生日飯,同樣是很愉快的閨蜜聚會。餐廳環境很闊落,室內裝修以深色為主調,優雅而舒適,非常高的天花掛著缐條簡約的吊燈,加上微薰的燈光,很有情調。座位方面,3邊靠牆有卡位及馬蹄形梳化,比較有私隠,適合情侶或密友密密傾,大廳中間放着幾張圓枱,適合大班朋友聚餐, 我們4位姊妹就被安排坐圓枱。Laura用左銀聯鑽石咭,6道菜dinner menu有買一送一優惠,真係好抵, 徐了Iris, 其餘3位姊妹叫了wine pairing,份量十足,我們飲到啤啤夫,我更要另外兩位姊妹相助才可完成。Hugo,we will be back!
