今次係我第3次食蒸氣火鍋,所以驚喜欠奉,不過若論海鮮價格,就係最貴既一次店舖唔算太易找,我係最早到既,星期一晚8:05左右到,1樓分2邊廳,我獨覇其中一邊,任揀位坐(之後越夜越多人,果然不愧為旺角)店員話我d朋友未到齊,可睇住餐牌先,8:30先叫會平d(每位平$40),佢仲全程幫我地蒸食物和分碟,好窩心喲😊粥底:瑤柱淮山粥(係我食3次蒸海鮮粥底最好既一次,可惜食到最後太飽食唔晒)湯:可人人唔同,但我地唔多覺2款湯有咩唔同😅乳鴿,貝殼,龍蝦:唔使揀,人人有份,但乳鴿一般自選海鮮:揀左元貝,鮑魚,蟶子,蚌(元貝有少少老;鮑魚唔算大隻;蟶子不算太鮮,之前食開蒸海鮮都無咩調味料,但呢度加左蒜蓉豉油等,係咪因爲唔夠鮮味?)都叫左其他食物,印象較深刻既係蝦丸和百花釀花菇都ok, 而和牛肉好食過和牛粒(後者可唔叫)
