To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西九food court個場太大太多選擇對於有選恐嘅人黎講好痛苦行左兩個圈先決定揀到食海南雞飯其實個場仲有水門雞可以揀，但喺其他分店食過所以今次試呢間，門面好細，行過左都唔覺有檔口海南雞飯連埋汽水都係$40咋，或者可以揀配例湯仲要配埋原裝三色醬薑蓉 甜豉油 泰式辣汁任你點～雞嘅份量唔少👍🏻雞肉好滑，皮嘅油香好出色每件都薄切，食完都唔覺得膩～油飯仲正😍淡淡油香，飯嘅質地我好鐘意，乾身！平時d油飯好重油，食完會有罪惡感呢個完全唔會！
