I first thought that it was nice that they had delivered all the more expensive dishes with the expectation that the others would follow suit in sync. The first 4 dishes that were $50 - 120 came within 5 minutes of sitting down. I first thought that it was nice that they had delivered all the more expensive dishes with the expectation that the others would follow suit in sync. The first 4 dishes that were $50 - 120 came within 5 minutes of sitting down. The others ranging from $50 below, didnt come at all.... we waited for 45 minutes from the moment we finished the fresh scallops, which was ok. We were pretty paitient, mainly because we were chatting. But as we were running late, we asked the waitress to check if they missplaced our orders, since we noticed that customers who came in afterwards started getting orders before us. Its actually a very short minded way to do business, to serve the most expensive dishes first regardless of sequence of orders (or probably a sly/smart yet unsustainable way of doing business). Most surprisingly, the waitresses did not apologise.....at all, yikes. We needed to leave and requested the rest of the orders to be cancelled if they were not on the grill (which we looked, there were no meatballs!). The waitress said ok, but then 5 minutes later came with half the dishes and then said the other half was on the way in a couple more minutes. We were really running late, had no appetite as we were fully digested after waiting 45minutes, but had no choice, and could not eat or stay, so we asked for the rest for takeout (no need to take things out on the wasted food!)

Everyone is out there to make a living, and thats fine, but at least make the most of some of these constructive feedbacks and be smart about running a longer term business. They must be losing new customers every single day.

I wont be back, not really worth waiting 45 minutes for grilled frozen fish balls, meat balls, and corn on cob that make up a large portion of the menu.

If you go, make sure you are prepared to wait. Even if only two thirds of the shop is full. Strange......they had 5 staff in the kitchen, so no idea why the wait.....Good luck to the owners
