嘉麟樓嘅月餅就食咗好多年,晚飯都係第一次幫襯,限聚令嘅關係我哋8個人要分兩張枱,而我哋兩張枱係隔咗一條走廊咁遠,傾唔到計個隻.....本來滿心期望去食,話晒係五星級酒店入邊嘅中菜應該都唔會差,頭盤叫咗呢兩個凍菜,無乜特別....正常味道.....皮蛋少少糖心,但又未去到好好味,但d薑醃得太甜個叉燒有啲瘦同鞋,食咗一啖已經唔想再食呢個蟹蓋我覺得全晚最好食嘅,外層脆卜卜 入面都有勁多蟹肉,味道適中😋魚翅釀雞翼,都係普普通通冇乜特別杏汁花膠湯👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻如果唔飲呢個湯都冇咁嬲,其實本身幾個餸嘅味道都好普通,飲埋呢個湯真係嬲咗!個湯一嚟到見到好足料花膠好大隻,本身覺得好開心,因為咁多料個湯一定好濃,但.....飲咗第一啖之後我哋8個人 兩張枱互相對望左一下,然後大家就問係咪覺得個湯有啲唔妥,咁我哋就叫個經理過嚟問佢點解個湯咁淡,嗰個淡係好似用杏汁粉溝咗好多水咁.....應該係話啲水有啲杏汁味,個感覺就係好寡、好似冇落肉去煲湯咁,然後我哋點都估唔到個經理話佢哋嘅食物係食原味,所以盡量都唔會落咁多調味,可能真係咁啦,不過我都識煲湯嘅,感覺上係一個冇落好多肉去煲嘅湯咁囉,而且呢個湯仲要五百幾蚊一位🙃

如果唔飲呢個湯都冇咁嬲,其實本身幾個餸嘅味道都好普通,飲埋呢個湯真係嬲咗!

成餐飯8個人食咗$10000, 由於真係好失望,我哋好快就食完轉咗場去第二度再食過🙂
