To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行五人分了兩枱到這裡食 Dining City 套餐。百花乳豬併蜜餞金華火腿,乳豬脆百花彈牙,金華火腿甜甜地,吾錯。白露筍海鮮羹,白露筍、帶子、斑粒頗多,但略鹹。另外藥膳燉湯,足料,喜歡藥材湯的不可錯過。花膠蝦子柚皮扣鵝掌,柚皮是工夫菜,鵝掌炆得好入味,入口即溶,花膠就正正常常。煎焗梅肉柳配山渣醋汁,切開件肉柳充滿肉汁,一路食一路仲出緊煙,熱呼呼的,個汁甜甜酸酸,好醒胃。鮮鮑乾逼伊面,鮮鮑個子不少,彈性十足,但個伊面好多汁,應該似系湯伊面多d,做不到乾逼的效果。果仁麻薯,外皮系糯米,個餡系鳳梨蓉,有啲吾系好夾。燕窩杏仁露,燕窩份量多,杏仁露吾太甜,幾好。其實今晚每道菜份量都不少,至於食物質素,整體來說,都幾吾錯!

另外藥膳燉湯,足料,喜歡藥材湯的不可錯過。
