The Amadai teppanyaki is my favorite, the fish is tender and delicious with crispy scales beautifully, matched quite well with a slightly sweet, silky, fruity, Label Orange. The Saya Wagyu steak is the ultimate in luxury beef. It's soft and just melts in your mouth. There is a toast under the Wagyu steak which tastes so soft and slightly like a cake texture. Love it! Y'all, the Heaven Sake pairing menu is available exclusively for dinner from now until 30 April 2023. If you want to have an unforgettable dining experience then don't miss it!
