IMG1當日菜單,4道菜及甜品都配上不同的酒,有些十分匹配,不些格格不入IMG2頭盤 - 鵝肝醬不錯,祇是自己身體問題,但那2片麵包欠皆,所配白酒果味足,十分匹配,白酒使鵝肝醬也感覺十分輕柔,此白酒我訂了6枝冷盤 - 三文魚他他和白酒配合得出色,三文魚本身也+分不錯,白酒也值得推薦,我自已訂了6枝IMG3第三道菜蝦不錯,魚肉質粗,但酒十分配合,此酒愧是名產區Grand CRU,值得一試,我自已訂了2枝IMG4鵝腔肉身粗,酒有布根地紅酒應有的紅櫻桃味,聞到亦嘗到,酒質輕,味短,與掛上Romanee的產區覺得差了一點,連同食物都感覺有點失望最後是甜品,但配紅酒,朱古力餅也可,但配紅酒有格格不入的感覺整體食物十分普通,談上出色,所配的白酒則十分出色,紅酒有些失望.
