What brought me to Loyal Dining is the $5 Iced Red Bean take away. Iced Red Bean was first invented in the Hong Kong traditional "Ice Room". Although the promotion is only applicable for take away, the sweetened red beans with coconut and evaporated milk in crushed ice and at bargaining price made my day! You can also get your refreshed $5 drink which serves from 3 to 6pm till 31 Aug. Wish you a happy tea time! =]
