The place is right opposite to Fortress Hill MTR. It is not hard to spot, the stall is in the alley. The place is owned by Japanese, the interior design and look are very much Japanese like, details yet simple. We will there are a few japanese and we can expec their food are authentic. We order a fried chicken with redish and green onion on top. It is a set dinner with miso soup and salad. The portion is huge. I need to highlight the fired chicken.

They are bonesless chicken meat which is crispy and tender inside. They are freshly made and the taste are not salty like the others in HK. Love the chicken ! The miso soup is flavoured with onion and potato. You can tell the chief has thought about the details on every dish. They are beyond good.
