To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我做細佬嗰陣時,屋企好窮一家六口住喺黃大仙木屋區,而且我仲記得阿爺以前喺上海讀書,但係因為被沒收所有野而走咗嚟香港,所以乜都冇晒,但系佢都好樂觀比起我老豆較識享受,記得佢帶我”參觀”半島酒店,由正門進去,轉個圈就從則門走,所以我有能力時特別鐘意來半島食野,爺爺好鍾意食豬肉,無論係梅子排骨又或者豉椒蒜蓉蒸豬肉,尤其係叉燒,由於佢以前喺上海讀書,都有啲西化,細個嗰陣時佢成日帶我坐纜車上山頂行山睇風景,食自已帶備嘅軟豬仔包夾住叉燒食,又或者買一兩斤叉燒開兩支大啤野餐,所以形成我對叉燒都好有感情。嘉麟樓嘅叉燒,係用匈牙利鬈毛豬做,肉質鮮美多汁,老竇食親叉燒都會話:你阿爺喺度佢實好鍾意食啦,所以食物好食之餘仲可以俾你聯想起一段溫馨嘅感情。至於爸爸就好鍾意食蝦,屋企雖然冇錢但久不久老竇有啲外快嘅收入都會加餸食白灼蝦,我和兩個妹都歡喜躍狂,所以老竇都好鍾意食用蝦做之類嘅點心,呢一款燕窩龍蝦餃,賣相精緻,真係用新鮮龍蝦肉做,都係佢嘅大愛,當然佢食嘅時候都又會講咁貴嘅一隻蝦餃細個嗰陣時我哋可能一家人可以食幾餐飯。至於我自己就特別鍾意食冬瓜盅,首先冬瓜盅嘅上湯非常之濃郁,帶有好香嘅金華火腿味,冬瓜盅材料亦

至於我自己就特別鍾意食冬瓜盅,首先冬瓜盅嘅上湯非常之濃郁,帶有好香嘅金華火腿味,冬瓜盅材料亦相當豐富份量亦都好充足,加上冬瓜嘅清甜,製成火候十足嘅冬瓜盅夏天整一碗真係唔怕中暑。

仲有一個系媽咪點嘅羊肚菌炒鮮腐竹,我都系第一次食這個菜,好有驚喜,好好味,這個菜我覺得好有化學作用,名貴嘅羊肚菌,極鮮美,口感爽脆,唔貴嘅鮮腐竹吸收晒高貴嘅羊肚菌鮮味,一濃一淡,互相配合,香氣四溢,要來送白飯一流。

其實嘉麟樓嘅點心樣樣都做得好出色可能我受咗老竇嘅薰陶或者遺傳我都好鍾意食芋角,嘉麟樓嘅芋角非常之香芋頭味,仲有蘿蔔絲酥餅(唔記得嘉麟樓改咗個咩名),但實質都係同一樣野,但佢哋用日本嘅大根做所以額外感覺清甜。我自己冇仔女,吾會有屬於自已嘅父親節,只係希望自己有生之年,盡能力報答父母嘅養育之恩,帶佢哋去食多啲好嘢。
