平日去總店食得多,今日去開山林道終於可以試下呢間分店😊尖沙咀呢間分店好大間,枱櫈都幾十張,比總店闊落好多,光猛好多,坐得亦舒服好多😊原來金鳳五十週年,出左個五十週年特別版-金鳳貴族牛扒,咁當然要捧場啦。另外叫左個牛柳餐,餐飲加大原本要加$3,適逢50週年紀念免費加大金鳳例牌有牛油餐包同餐湯嫁喇,羅宋湯同忌廉湯保持一貫水準。雖然今日叫左一紅一白,但我都係中意佢地既羅宋湯多啲。金鳳貴族牛扒是用碟上既,亦可改用鐵板上。我叫左5成熟,碟上。塊扒係美國牛肩扒。塊扒肉味好香,雖然五成熟,但切開都唔會話有好多血水標出黎,好好食。而且好有咬口,肉香亦有嚼頭。碟上有埋車里茄,脆薯格,沙律菜同栗米,擺盤都好靚。鐵板牛柳餐:其實都係同太子/深水埗金鳳一樣,一塊鐵板,大大塊既牛柳,醃得好淋好入味,再加上蒜蓉汁,好味!通常我唔會叫黑椒汁,因為味道太濃的話會遮住肉本身嘅味道比大家建議既係,最好唔好超過五成熟,因為塊鐵板都熱,店員落完汁,塊牛柳又會再煮落去。當d汁唔再彈,塊牛柳都由原本五成熟變七成熟了,所以鐵板上的或記得要叫生少少呀😉甜品:我加左個意大利配方嘅榴連味雪糕🤤🤤 雪糕唔太糖,好滑。跟餐加$10就有得食,
