聖誕節就係想食大餐嘅心情,而其中一樣就當然係鋸扒。而講起鋸扒首先都會諗起金鳳大餐廳,所以今晚就去鋸扒順便行去海傍睇燈飾。每份扒餐都跟餐湯、包同埋野飲。餐湯有分紅同埋白湯,兩款都揀咗白湯,味道好濃厚,仲有細細粒嘅椰菜花唔止顏色上好夾,仲煮到入晒味好正特別推薦嘅食法係,將餐包嘅牛油加小小落去,會更加濃郁每月精選會有兩款扒餐,都係鐵板上,仲多咗前菜沙津同甜品今日A餐係本來已經想食嘅帶子牛柳,另一個餐就叫咗美式雜扒餐鐵板到嘅時候職員會貼心咁提大家拎定餐紙,如果電話放係枱都會提你拎開先之後就會淋汁,有黑椒同蒜蓉汁鋸扒最正就係望住熱焫焫嘅鐵板上面淋上醬汁果陣滋滋聲,再加埋伴隨著嘅香氣未食已經係一場視覺、聽覺同埋味覺嘅多重盛宴。黑椒汁味道比較濃,淋面嘅時候香味成間餐廳都聞得到牛柳可以揀幾成熟,鐵板係超夠熱所以上枱果陣會將牛柳再整熟啲食落夠嫩滑有牛味帶子都大大粒好厚肉加埋黑椒汁超惹味啊美式雜扒可以一次過滿足晒唔同願望,有豬扒、牛扒、雞翼、香腸、火腿每樣都夠大份仲好好食特別係雞翼預先炸過餐飲都加咗特飲除咗黑牛之外居然仲有金牛同埋紅牛依啲未見過嘅特色飲品當然要試下﹗金牛係芒果雪糕加忌廉,而紅牛係士多啤梨雪糕加利賓納汽水另外比一罐自己慢慢倒,最正係兩者加埋出嚟嘅氣泡,好得意嘅口感餐後甜品係雪糕,個杯都好靚 continue reading

金鳳大餐廳係香港有唔少分店,久唔久都會懷舊細個食港式扒餐既感覺,尋日就同朋友去左金鳳食。不得不提既係港式扒房真係價錢好抵食,一個餐只需要百幾蚊,包埋餐飲餐湯同面包。 羅宋湯店員會先上左餐包同羅宋湯先,我幾鐘意羅宋湯本身既酸味,平衡返肉類既油膩感,作為前菜食非常開胃。個湯入面有一半係蔬菜,冇偷工減料羊架男朋友叫左5成熟,或者係因為鐵板上,餘溫將羊架煮得岩岩好,唔會血淋淋,咬落肉質鮮嫩多汁,配黑椒汁招牌牛柳餐牛柳餐都同樣幾有牛味,肉質好軟嫩,不過比起單純食牛扒既味道,我覺得我食緊既係童年回憶入面既鐵板牛扒餐😆好懷念金鳳大餐廳的風格就如其名,充滿了懷舊的港式扒房氛圍。從裝潢到服務,處處彰顯出港式餐廳的經典風格,價錢相宜,絕對值得再黎。 continue reading
