金鳳大餐廳係香港有唔少分店,久唔久都會懷舊細個食港式扒餐既感覺,尋日就同朋友去左金鳳食。不得不提既係港式扒房真係價錢好抵食,一個餐只需要百幾蚊,包埋餐飲餐湯同面包。 羅宋湯店員會先上左餐包同羅宋湯先,我幾鐘意羅宋湯本身既酸味,平衡返肉類既油膩感,作為前菜食非常開胃。個湯入面有一半係蔬菜,冇偷工減料羊架男朋友叫左5成熟,或者係因為鐵板上,餘溫將羊架煮得岩岩好,唔會血淋淋,咬落肉質鮮嫩多汁,配黑椒汁招牌牛柳餐牛柳餐都同樣幾有牛味,肉質好軟嫩,不過比起單純食牛扒既味道,我覺得我食緊既係童年回憶入面既鐵板牛扒餐😆好懷念金鳳大餐廳的風格就如其名,充滿了懷舊的港式扒房氛圍。從裝潢到服務,處處彰顯出港式餐廳的經典風格,價錢相宜,絕對值得再黎。 continue reading

因為聽到人哋話呢一間抵食又好食所以嚟試 朋友就叫牛 我就叫咗意粉 由於想食海鮮意粉不過冇海鮮意粉剩係得卡邦尼帶子意粉 $88都試吓啦 雖然呢度出名唔係食意粉 不過嚟到嘅時候只係得兩粒細帶子..... $88只係得兩粒細帶子加意粉 仲要+1喎唔好忘記🙁 味道亦都鹹咗啲 都係冇下次啦😅而且通風不足夠地方又細 個個都食牛 然後係咁炸煙 煙燻眼情況都比較嚴重 因為左右前後都會係咁煙燻 全場煙霧彌漫咁🫠不過朋友就話啲牛幾好食 建議如果可以搬大啲或者 啲枱太迫啦 如果可以分開少少就好啲 同埋多幾粒帶子啦! 😅 continue reading

蒜蓉汁调味很好 几乎让我对底下的牛八充满期待。毕竟价格是仅此于贵族的第二贵。然而刮开料汁 牛扒非常薄身 而且没有油煎之后美拉德反应产生的焦糖色,咬一口,是温的,瘦肉没有牛扒该有的紧实感,切任何一个位置都是筋膜相连。而且这么薄还是有生的地方, 根本没煎,只是用某种方式让它回温而已。我就不应该期待在中午这种繁忙时段能吃到值200港币的牛扒,对这种餐厅这样的要求比较过分。 continue reading
