To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年6周年結婚紀念，見到灣景廳有優惠，$450一位晚餐自助餐，仲要冇加一所以就去試吓。其實我都係第一次食，地方唔係好大，食物種類唔算好多，但貴精不貴多，大部分我都鐘意食。坐低一陣就送上一個酥皮龍蝦湯，每人一個，好有蝦味，但略嫌份量太少，得半碗到。我其實都係因為見佢有生蠔先去試，佢仲係放係到任你攞，唔係有D要排哂隊先攞得兩三隻，非常好，蠔雖然比較細，但味道都鮮甜新鮮。之後試左個燒西冷牛扒都OK，又係唔洗等人切，自己夾就得，晏少少就開始有鸭肝，細細舊都好香口，仲有個羊扒好琳。麵包蟹好多膏，刺身就冇乜特別，都係平時酒店質素，其實佢仲有其他海鮮，但我冇特別食。甜品方面我食左個檸檬芝士蛋糕，我想像唔到咁好味，最緊要有MOVENPICK 雪糕。總括嚟講性價比高，可以一試👍🏻
