To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行十二人到這𥚃食晚飯,酒樓位置有點難找,幸好裝修乾淨企理。$1/雞,叫左3隻,好大隻,皮脆香口啖啖肉,但味道鹹左 d。$18/位燉湯,好清,冇乜味。$398蒸花尾躉,大條,蒸得時間啱啱好。燒鵝半隻,微暖,肉質有啲奀,一般般。海皇豆腐煲,料頭嘅魷魚同蝦仁都好新鮮,但個汁就厚身左少少。炒番薯苗、節瓜甫冇試。加左白飯、夀桃包、汽水、啤酒,埋單 $1674,都抵食嘅。題外話,侍應人手不足,落單要行去收銀處自己和姐姐下單,白飯叫3個,只來了2個,但又收了3個錢,有點混亂,付款前要check 清楚。
