今日係政府宣布所有餐廳於6點後禁晚市堂食嘅其中一日,我哋呢啲office 打工仔基本上可以同出街食飯講bye bye。就算僱傭合約寫到明朝九晚五,一年有幾多日可以畀你準時走而唔洗睇老細面色?今日就係咁好彩嘅一日,放工即刻十萬火急去歌賦街,食呢間平時大排長龍嘅沾麵名店。5點30分去到,餐廳入面一個人都無,店員好快手量咗體溫,講明6點一定要還枱。火速叫咗兩個麵同一份雞軟骨。《周月沾麵》 ($93,濃汁,熱麵 300g) 周月嘅麵條都係鋪頭自己做嘅。麵條較粗,好有咬口,但留意凍面可能會變硬。300g 嘅麵條份量十足,足夠成年男人食到飽肚。溏心蛋味道正常。呢度嘅沾汁係用魚介醬油湯底,表面有層好香嘅油保持熱度。重口味嘅汁加埋少少醋酸平衡得不錯,同沾麵非常配合。雞軟骨夠熱,炸得香脆。

《周月沾麵》 ($93,濃汁,熱麵 300g) 周月嘅麵條都係鋪頭自己做嘅。麵條較粗,好有咬口,但留意凍面可能會變硬。300g 嘅麵條份量十足,足夠成年男人食到飽肚。溏心蛋味道正常。
