To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和同事去西環工作，經過這間麵家，見到有條大banner, 上面寫著失傳已久啖啖胡椒香豬肚丸，咁就吸引左我哋入去試喇😄胡椒香豬肚丸麵 | $35豬肚丸跟乒乓波差唔多大，胡椒香味比較淡，不過係爽和彈牙；鹼水麵唔會煮到軟淋淋，冇鹼水味又有少少蛋香淨雲吞 | $32雲吞有7粒，皮薄，D蝦亦都夠爽彈，同埋跟好多好多蔥，又估唔到喎
