今日老公出差回港,叫我係大埔搵地方食飯,我梗係又搵open rice apps幫手,打開apps 發現大埔新開一間616牛肉火鍋專門店,門口以全牛每部分的分佈圖作招來客,火鍋肥牛食得多,一般都係雪花肥牛、安格斯牛等等。但呢間特別的地方是將全牛分部位來做賣點﹐睇見餐牌時真係5知邊部分打邊部分,店員推薦餐牌上全牛拼盤套餐$338包2杯飲品及醬料,但我想清楚品嚐牛每部分的味道及口感,所以決定重點選了幾個部位比較一下5同部位口感及味道有咩分別?order 左有:封門柳、牛朴肉、牛駝峰、牛骨髓、胸口膀、匙柄呢6款不同部位另還加了熟牛腩、牛肉餃及稻庭烏冬﹐落完單個服務員攞個計時器放係枱﹐話拍心口保證20分鐘有得食喎!品嚐完6款5同部位﹐款款都好好味﹐但都5記得邊部分打邊部分﹐不過最深刻是匙柄及胸口膀﹐因為這間店介紹食法將2款合併一起食﹐口感同味覺係真好的﹐所以特別試一下﹐果然不錯﹐而牛肉餃也不錯﹐老公話要再多一個添!呢餐真係好满意﹐老公話一定會再來的。
