To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. $ 68/人下午茶(2:30-5:00)素食自助餐,食物種類豐富,由前菜、主食、熱盤、冷盤、炸物、甜品到飲品,樣樣有齊。經濟實惠。前菜我最欣賞麻辣藕片和雞腳。用蒟蒻做的雞腳外形神似,連腳趾也有呢。主食最好味是滷肉飯,真的是白飯殺手。熱盤和冷盤的選擇最多,各式炒菜、蘿蔔糕、蕃茄炒蛋、蔬菜卷、酸齋等,都好味道。炸物也有水準,芋頭魚外酥內軟最正,另外椒鹽炸豆腐、炸藕片、炸番薯都好吃。甜品有豆腐花、番薯糖水、紅豆糕和桂花糕。飲品有五花茶、普洱茶和檸檬水。六十多元吃足兩小時,不錯啊。
