今晚係大角咀做嘢,收工後同朋友行過一間外型似飛機的餐廳,比佢吸引,朋友話不如一試。餐牌除咗散叫,另有經濟,商務,特選商務同頭等四個套餐,我哋揀咗商務餐,先揀小食,二選一,我哋揀咗香煎蟹餅配芒果莎莎醬,廚師拆咗好多蟹肉煎成香脆的蟹餅,非常惹味。跟住沙律,caesar salad可配三文魚、海蝦或純沙律菜,我哋揀咗配海蝦,蝦好大隻又香脆,爽口彈牙,配上細粒脆火腿的沙律,令胃口大開。湯就有黑松露野菌忌廉湯同廚師手工制湯選擇,我哋每樣要一個,廚師手工湯係南瓜湯,有濃濃南瓜味,野菌湯就用黑松露配磨菇忌廉,非常惹味香滑,二個都好好飲!主菜三選二、我哋叫咗燒美國牛小扒及西班牙蒜片雞 ; 牛小扒五成熟、香濃牛味又有口感,而蒜片雞係用蒜香蕃茄配成隻春雞,雞肉嫩滑香脆又唔太膩。最後再配上甜品(蛋糕)同飲品,這個餐份量真係唔少,二個人食真係要食到抱住個肚。整體都唔錯,值得encore !
