To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都有光顧過普慶的下午茶、午餐和晚餐，但最近才知道原來還有星期一至日也有早餐自助餐，不過分開3個時段，價錢$98-128一位。本來約了新認識的朋友，但臨時取消，自己一人繼續去吃以為平日會較靜局啦，怎知我來到就見入座9成，除了自己獨食外，鄰座還有2枱1人前來。食物種類有西式包點、粉麵檔、水果、乳酪、即煮蛋檔、中式點心，各種比我預期中少，尤其中式點心，只有三款。西式包點當中雞蛋仔很美味，雖不是即煮，但可保留外脆口感，沒有淋身，值得encore! 雖然有即煮奄列檔，但等候時間長，而且職員手勢中下，味道很一般，可以不排。飲品有自助果汁和牛奶，也有職員取熱壺即場到枱倒咖啡，服務殷勤，可惜非即磨咖啡，普通咖啡味道差很大。當日自己一個出出入入取食物，其實時間沒有想像中悠閒，75分鐘轉眼就過。不過以$98價錢（未加一）享用酒店服務，可自製all day breakfast 來說也值一試。
