To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有超過4個月時間無一大班波友一齊出嚟打波食飯吹下水,今晚難得打完波齊齊食宵夜,好在朋友訂左枱,估佢唔到限聚令下宵夜時段爆場,無訂枱要等位,仲迫過茶餐廳,可能佢加左D屏風分隔D枱,令到環境更擠迫,聽侍應講係今晚咁旺,之前都係小貓幾隻,可能香港人已按耐不住,要出嚟鬆一鬆,我地一行8人叫咗8個餸,最好吃係燒鵝,腐竹魚湯浸菜,蒜蓉開邊蝦同送嘅紅豆沙,其他就水準一般,每人夾$130,CP值都算高啦,唔怪之得咁旺場。另外要一讃係佢地侍應嘅服務態度,忙碌之餘仲識得講下笑,苦中作樂敬業樂業👍🏻不過有D餸漏單,白等30分鐘,再催先話漏單即刻補,見佢地禮貌不錯,我哋都無詐型。我哋食到10點幾走果陣仲有人嚟,酒樓老闆今晚應該笑🉐️出啦!
