To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係8號風球下既銅鑼灣💦💭,周圍既餐廳已經關門。原本想食拉麵既我地唯有係呢個寂靜無人既銅鑼灣覓食 。一路沿駱克道向西行,突然出現一個中年女士在派傳單。單張上寫住太湖城餐廳,折扣50蚊,係無咩餐廳既選擇下唯有上去餐廳睇下咩野環境先,以防係伏😂。一開lift,竟然枱枱都有人坐,打緊8號風竟然都咁多人,簡直教人覺得意外! 相信呢間酒樓既食物質素一定有返咁上下水準。😁食物水準果然冇令人失望!我地叫佐3個餸。1. 豉椒味菜炒蟶子皇 蟶子超爽口,配上香濃既豉椒汁,真係想多食幾隻!2.蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝 呢隻扇貝同出面既扇貝唔同既係佢加佐好多妃子去蒸。妃子本身帶有甜味,配上豉油汁加粉絲同蒜頭食,真係別有一番風味。3. 豉油雞雞肉嫩滑,配上豉油汁食送飯一流。
