Restaurant: Woodlands Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 活蘭印度素食 Woodlands Paper Masla Dosa ($85）6.5/10捲餅真係超大超薄超脆，脆到keep住成個幾兩個鐘都係脆卜卜，個薄餅食落鹹鹹地，捲入面有堆雜菜咖喱薯仔蓉，配埋三款咖喱醬 （但個人prefer 北印度餐啲咖喱多少少），白色款醬豆渣感太重🙊好彩整體都match，而且啲薄片好香口，食落口一啖接一啖，食到停唔到口👍🏻北印度套餐 🍛 ($105) 7/10105蚊食到五種咖喱加一種乳酪醬🥛，再加胡椒脆餅、印度烙餅、雜菜炒飯同炸麵包球。因為係素食餐廳，所有咖喱都係以豆同蔬菜為主，五種咖喱基本上包哂甜、鹹同辣味🌶但冇肉食落偏寡，基本上食到蕃茄粒、薯仔同豆粒，都叫有啲咬口🤏主食黎講都冇伏，印度米真係好長好長，然後烙餅同脆餅都唔算好油膩，麵包球就真係好甜菠蘿 Lassi🍍 ($35) 7/10平時飲得多芒果🥭Lassi ，今次試下菠蘿味，衰鬼佢又幾有驚喜喎。唔會太甜，而且口感清新好多，但係都有幾多菠蘿渣🙈Extra comment🖍•雖然佢menu寫住”可選配印度烙餅、雜菜炒飯或炸麵包球” 但其實應該包哂三樣，因為直接就上哂三款•餐廳冇水提供，或者俾錢買枱頭枝水💧
