To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千兩lunch set其實都幾抵食，百零蚊一個set咩都有，不過質素就中規中矩啦，唔算好出色，但正常發揮嘅日式料理。今次叫咗一個刺身壽司set, 全部都肥美飽滿同新鮮嘅。另外點咗個吉列豬扒滑蛋飯，豬扒香脆，有啲鞋口。滑蛋好足料，厚厚的，不過又係唔算好滑，同埋有啲濃味，應該醬油同味醂都幾重手。特別嘅係今次叫咗set清酒飲，$88一set有三款，有介紹埋釀造同pairing比你參考，唔算市面上普遍嘅選擇比你小酌，係唔錯嘅加配，亦算幾抵飲。
