To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說九月二十五號 我和太太下午五點半後在旺角分店點了一個$88燒雞套餐 因為是剛剛從下午茶時段轉到晚飯時段 所以我是第一個點的關係 我等了很久也不見到燒雞出來 我便詢問水吧經理還要等多久 結果再等了五分鐘便出來了 但是攞到埋位準備開始進食時 我的太太發覺好像不太熟有少少血水 當初不為意 但是其後發覺裡面大部份都是不熟的 便即時拿到水吧給經理看 經理說再補回一隻給我們 但是我們還是不要冒險為上 所以隨後離開了
