To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日美孚這間香港地派了九折優惠券,今晚專程走去鋸扒。環境就跟茶餐廳差不多,可能是有九折優惠,要等位,平日的晚上也超多人流,侍應忙到不停手,所以他們的服務態度一般般。今日叫咗一個黑椒汁雜扒餐,配上肉醬意粉、生菜沙律及羅宋湯,買相精緻,雞扒也很嫩,但牛扒較薄,配上德國香腸,都是七十幾蚊,便宜抵吃。還叫甜酸骨,沒有太大驚喜。以及咖喱牛腩配薄餅+飯,牛腩夠淋,港式咖喱。最後特飲,餐飲加$20,可轉飲大大杯兒時的維他奶配紅豆沙冰,好飲,夠特別。再來一杯薑汁好立克,有點似食緊薑汁豆腐花總括系叫抵食,因為九折優惠。
