To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經是第5次來這裏吃午餐，今日和我細姨來這裏享受自助午餐，但說實話真的有點失望。至9月份後疫情稍為好轉，很多貴價食物就取消，檔次全面下降。之前甜品有哈根達斯甜筒提供（這實在是我的最愛，外面很少提供），但現在竟已經轉為爆谷，檔次實在差得太遠了。另外沙律之前還有三文魚作配料，現在只剩下雞肉和和火腿粒。9月份前還有酸酸甜甜非常好吃的泰式沙律提供，現在居然轉了金邊炒麵。另外甜品之前提供的朱古力蛋糕也取消了，變成很普通的蛋糕。所以收同樣價錢但品質全面下降實在非常生氣。唯一欣喜的是今天的湯是我最愛的周打魚湯。其他不過不失。
